Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 whole onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 2Dice onion and mince garlic. Sauté in olive oil until soft.
- 3Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain fat.
- 4Add crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.
- 5Serve sauce over spaghetti.
