Ingredients
- 1.5 cup flour
- 1.25 cup milk
- 1 whole egg
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 2Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
- 3Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed (lumps are fine).
- 4Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Lightly butter.
- 5Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- 6Cook 1-2 more minutes until golden. Serve with syrup.
