Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 3 cup rice
- 3 whole egg
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 stalks green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- 1Use day-old cooked rice (or cook and cool rice ahead of time).
- 2Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- 3Scramble eggs, break into pieces, set aside.
- 4Stir fry peas, carrots, and garlic for 2 minutes.
- 5Add rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss 3-4 minutes.
- 6Return eggs, add sliced green onions. Toss and serve.
