Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 2 cup broccoli
- 1 whole bell pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cup rice
Instructions
- 1Cook rice according to package directions.
- 2Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice bell pepper.
- 3Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- 4Cook chicken until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove.
- 5Stir fry broccoli and bell pepper 3 minutes.
- 6Return chicken, add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook 2 more minutes.
- 7Serve over rice.
