Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2Trim asparagus. Toss with tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- 3Season salmon with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Place on the pan.
- 4Squeeze lemon over everything.
- 5Roast 15-18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
