Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 3 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- 2Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour, cook 1 minute.
- 3Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
- 4Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
- 5Add cooked macaroni, stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
