Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 0.5 cup caesar dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- 2Grill or pan-sear chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- 3Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice.
- 4Chop romaine lettuce and place in a large bowl.
- 5Add dressing, parmesan, and croutons. Toss.
- 6Top with sliced chicken.
